Dear Residents

To ensure the proper operation of our complex and to keep the common areas clean, maintained, and orderly, it is of great importance to make timely payments of the fees, including a one-time payment of 6,000 TL for the caretaker and a monthly fee of 2,300 TL.

In accordance with the General Assembly decision, fee payments must be made between the 1st and 30th of each month. Payments not made within this period will be subject to a late fee in accordance with the Condominium Law, and the corresponding amounts will be increased by 5% in the following month.

Information regarding unpaid fees will be sent to you via registered mail. If payments exceed 3 months overdue, legal action and enforcement procedures will be initiated.

It is the shared responsibility of all residents to preserve our complex and ensure that the common areas are properly maintained. We thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Dear Residents

In case you experience noise or any disturbance caused by your neighbors, please contact the 112 Emergency Call Center directly.

The complex management does not have the authority to intervene in such matters. However, residents should refer such cases to the official authorities when necessary.
